Right Margin

I found this subject in only one other place in the forum.  I would like to ask for an option for a right-hand code margin at the 80 column position in a future version of Pelle's.  The user would be able to turn its display on or off, as well as being able to change its color.  Changing its color would be necessary so incase the user prefers a black text background (or other color) he can change the margin's color to white (or any other color) so that it can be seen.  I downloaded and used the margin add-in from this forum but it produced a few errors.
