[FIXED 9.0] porc control id

If someone use in DIALOGEX

with porc that -1 is in .res-file 0000FFFFh

and with MS rc.exe it is FFFFFFFFh

In DLGITEMTEMPLATEEX id is defined as DWORD   id;

EDIT: fixed in 9.0
