My programming journey started all the way back in the late ‘80s, early ‘90s. The first programming language I learned was Pascal. R.I.P.

I wrote my first Ms-Dos TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident) using Borland Turbo Pascal
back in the 1980's.  Pascal is an easy language to pick up but I find BASIC more to my liking.

At 89, Mr. Wirth defied all the averages for male longevity, so congrats for that.  It's always
sad to say a final goodbye but the harsh truth is that none of us gets out of here alive.   ;)
