Title: Listview control item/subitem

I was wondering on how one can edit an item or a subitem in a given listview. More like Excel sheets view. Any samples would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot DMac for the exceptional effort for helping me, but I wanted something simpler to use in my project. But, it should give me an idea. Again thanks.
