Title: Icons / symbol bar oversized

How can I change the size of the Icons in v13? They are gigantic. Thanks.

Hi,

What screen resolution are you using.  1920 x 1080 they look fine.

Check your display settings under System-Display-Scale&layout-Scale. 
Best to use the recommended, but you can try smaller setting.

I can't go lower than 100% and I wouldn't change the scaling system wide for one program anyway.

Why is there no option to change the size of the icons in the IDE?
