I Know Out Of The Download You Can't Make Palm Apps, But Can You Make A Palm App Using The Tools From Palm?

You mean just using the IDE?

Yes - but the "easiest" way is probably to write a "project wizard" so you get the correct Palm tools set up for the project (and they must run on Win32 of course)...
