So far I haven't found a shortcut key to delete a whole line. Could you please consider implementing such an accelerator for a future update?

Yes, it's not possible today (unless you write a hacky addin), but should be doable to add. With Beta 2 already out for v4.50, I will not do it now, but probably in the next version...
