Edit->Replace is used quite often, so it would be nice to add a shortcut to it, Ctrl-R is a nice candidate.

Still, it would be nice to have it by default, but I can live with custom shortcut.

When I looked at this a few years ago, I couldn't find much agreement about which shortcut to use for Replace (for Find yes, but not Replace). Randomly picking Ctrl+R seems odd...
