CSharp code highlighter.

EDIT 20130205: FileCSharp-1.2.3_WS.zip

With minimal project creation for one file.
Open cs-file or create new and press C# button in toolbar.
Parser is from Cpp example
ListBox lists csc.exe's
Fix for target name

Let me know if someone has made better version.
