Title: switch e doesn't work

The preprocessor stage output (/e) doesn't work.
Never mind, which version you use! Astonishingly!

BTW: Amazing tool!
The preprocessor switch "/e" doesn't work, because the correct switch is "/E".
The command line options are case sensitive.
