I have a limited user XP account at my workplace with hidden C drive which I cannot change as I am not an Administrator here.
At install Pelles C 6.00 gave me some write error about $DOCUMENTS (see picture) and have some error with $SMPROGRAMS in log file so I have no icons on desktop or entries in Start menu. Therefore I cannot uninstall because uninst.exe gave "Can't open self" error. Same problems for addon and uninst2.exe. BTW poide.exe runs fine though but I would like to check the samples and see icons on desktop and Start menu.
What should I do for a successful install? I cannot extract setup exe files and move to the right place because NSIS signature changed to PellesC_Inst.
