Start an IDE and type include < (without # in the start of the line).

Windows XP SP3, Pelles C 6.50 RC4.

650 rc4 64 bit does the same thing on windows 7.

It will throw an unhandled exception anytime you do "include <" anywhere on the first line of a source code.

RC4 still does the same on Windows XP SP3, 32bit
