Some fixes
- timeout 10000 ms
- SQL splitting
- indexes in treeview

This version is for WindowsXP with poll-emulation. (TLDrizzleShellPoll_WS.zip)
DrizzleInclude.c / DrizzleInclude.ppj are only for includes only, for ZIP.
