This program try to copy ppj-file to new 64-bit ppj-file.
With that ppj-file you can try to compile project to 64-bit with 32-bit poide.exe
Without 64-bit libraries it can't link with it.
If you try to change option in ide, it trashed project file ?
Use QuickFlags to change options instead.
