Print Page - Addin wizard bug?

Latest Pelles C 7 RC3, latest AddinSDK.

Go to File->New project
Set project name to ABCDEFGHIJ
Set project type to Addin DLL wizard
Click OK, then Finish.
Click .RC file in the file list, it opens as text because of the missing closing quote:

VALUE "FileDescription", "Description for ABCDEFGHIJ.c

I can't reproduce it with my 64-bit version, at least...

It is 32-bit Windows XP SP3. I can try it on the W7 machine tomorrow.
