Hello Pelle
wingdi.h is missing declarations for

GdiAlphaBlend
GdiTransparentBlt
GdiGradientFill

...unlike (the same) AlphaBlend, TransparentBlt, and GradientFill, this functions are included in gdi32.lib, not in Msimg32.lib.
