It produces error writing to registry message on win 8.1 (64) for RC6 ( It is OK with v7.0)

Have runned PellesC with administrator rights?
If not you are not allowed to set the system debugger on all windows versions.

No (without) - now check it with - OK(It works well with admin rights)
