Title: [FIXED 9.0] porc control id

If someone use in DIALOGEX

CONTROL "Name:", -1, "Static", WS_GROUP, 0, 4, 28, 8with porc that -1 is in .res-file 0000FFFFh

and with MS rc.exe it is FFFFFFFFh

In DLGITEMTEMPLATEEX id is defined as DWORD   id;
