Title: _popen 64bit still broken in V11.00.2?

Calling _popen in a multi-threaded 64 bit environment always returns NULL.

Am I missing something or is this bug still unfixed?

If so, is a fix in sight or should I devise a workaround? (32 bit is not an option for me.)

I confirm the problem.
It seems to be still there.
In the function _cenvarg() happen a memory violation. Memory pointed by RAX.
RAX=0X00007FFB00000000
