Title: BUG: Debugger window variable pointing while scrolled right

When you point to any variable on the screen in the debugger the value is shown. This fails to work correctly if the debugger window has been scrolled to the right. The text shifts but the hot spots for each variable do not.

Scroll any debugger screen to the right and try pointing to the variables. They are not where you think they are.
