Title: Translators, where are you?

Hello @ all,

if there are some users of Pelles C, who want to translate it: just use this (http://wiki.pellesc.de/doku.php?id=translating&DokuWiki=0f701095e97280d8f56e05817cbec9c3) guide.

I found out, that localized versions are used by a lot more people (like a lot german colleges).

So, just a small push for all of you, who are iffy.

If someone needs help, just mail. I will give any needed assistance.
