Title: OPTION PROLOGUE \ EPILOGUE support

Hi Pelle,

Could you add the OPTION PROLOGUE \ EPILOGUE statements to Poasm? Sometimes, I wish to temporarily turn off the stack framing  to code some functions.

This was requested before, IIRC. Since there are other ways of getting the same result (possibly with some more work), it doesn't seem all that important. I think it's too much work for something that isn't used very much.

I have added this to the wish-list, but I suspect it will just remain there...

Hi Pelle,

I use extensively the feature and there are probably other Poasm users who would like to see it supported.

Thanks for considering the switch to turn on-off the stack framing.
