Small update, open menu when mouse hover over it.

EDIT: WSDIFrameTBMenu7_a2.zip Fix for Windows 7, send ESC to menu.
EDIT: WSDIFrameTBMenu7_a3.zip This version use TBN_HOTITEMCHANGE to change menu, a bit faster and reliable.

Nice, Timo, but on Win7-64 the menus do not close after moving out.
