Title: IDOK bug still in 2.90.8

I just saw the new 3.0 and will test it when I can, but I'm not in a position to update tools right now.  In 2.90.8 there is still a problem in .RC files with IDOK. Even this happened a couple versions back:

...in fact the FIRST time you save from the IDE, dialog templates DO have 1 replaced with IDOK (and 2 with IDCANCEL).  Subsequent saves then remove them all (restore to digits).
