Title: New project window problem

Hello. On New project window the display of bottom path and buttons is not correct. The small bottom right bars button for size change of the window doesn't change the window size. I use PellesC 8.00 64-bit Greek translation, Windows 8 64-bit, dpi scalling 125%, and a Dell Inspiron 3521 notebook . A user from an other forum suggest me two sollutions (dpi 100%, rsrc0008.dll edit) and to post problem here. Thank you.
