Title: Test if a url is up

I have tested lots of different codes, both my own and others, without finding a satisfactory solution.

My requirements for the function of the code are as follows:

1. Quickly find that url is up or not
2. No more requirements ... 8)


Anyone who has a code tip in the back pocket?
