Profiling

I have launched the profiler but what can I do with these informations.
For me it is not very useful.

This shows where the process spends its time.
The column inclusive shows the percentage of time spent including the sub-functions.
The column exclusive shows the percentage of time spent excluding sub-functions.
So from my point of view the exclusive column is the point of interest.
