Pelles Installation Command Line icon for Start menu

I would like to suggest a command line icon to be created during the installation to go on the start menu with the other Pelles icons. When activated it would automatically run the povars32.bat.

This would be like the 'SDK Command Prompt' installed with the Microsoft NET 2.0 SDK or like the Microsft 'Visual Studio 2005 Command Prompt ' installed with the Visual Studio Tools.
