Some problem with install add-in

I'm build DLL and put it to the \pellesc\Bin\AddIns.
Then I'm run Pellec C and open menu: Tools -> Options -> Add-ins. The add-ins list is empty.  :cry:

Why so?

Tools -> Customize -> Add-ins ?
