A popup with the list of parameters appears after you type in the whole name of a function and the parenthesis. If you click elsewhere and return to the function parameters, the popup does not return. It would be useful if it returned.
It would be useful if the function parameter hints appeared when you click anywhere in any function parameters in between the parenthesis.
Additionally, the function parameter hints sometimes get chopped off rather than appearing on the next line with a function that has many parameters such as "CreateWindowExW". This might be more true on full screen displays than on wide screen displays. I haven't managed to replicate this on Pelles C version 12.00 yet. Perhaps it was fixed?
