I'm curious to know:
Under what licensing does the Pelles programs fall under?  Is this a GNU LGPL styled project, BSD, available for commercial/non-commerical, etc..?  We're curious as to whether we can contribute or not.  Any help here would be appreciated.  If someone is to devote time to helping this project, where is the source code to be found?  How are bugs/patches to be submitted?

PellesC is FreeWare, it is available for commercial and non commercial use. The code is maintained by Pelle himself, it is not open source. Bugs are reported on this forum.
