New clock in task bar
« on: October 05, 2010, 10:21:42 PM »
Hi,

I hope "task bar" is the right translation for the semi-german word "Taskleiste". Well, I hope you know what I mean.

Here is my problem/question: My company looks very eager that we do not work more than 10 hours a day (plus 50 min break). So my idea is to program a new clock for the task bar that does not only shows the current time, but (after I have entered the time when I have started in the morning) shows as well the remaining time I can work without exceeding the 10h 50min limit. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do that. But it must be possible. In the internet I found the program "tclock" (http://ipodnanohilfeblog.wordpress.com/2008/08/14/erweiterte-taskleisten-uhr-fur-windows-xp/) that changes the clock. But I did not figure out how to do it (I fear my Windows-in-C-programming skills are not good enough). Does anybody know how to do it and can perhaps provide me with a minimal program (which might be understandable for me)?

Would be really great!

Thanks

Martin
