Remember bookmarks

it would be nice to have bookmarks remembered between sessions (if you bookmark, close, reopen file they are lost)
also the possibility to add description would be nice for those loooong source files

e.g. bookmark setup window:


   bm#  pos|line  shortcut description

• 1   main.c|80 ALT+1    main[ ] 2   main.h|10 ALT+2    defines [add] [edit] [delete] [delete selected] [exit]  <- buttons

This should be simple enough (like breakpoints). I will add it to the next release.

This requires some more work. I put it on the 'wish-list'!
