longer build command process wait time

if i build a debug exe (Codeview only), maybe my AMD Athlon 800 is not fast enough, when "Compacting Codeview information" for a while, always a dialog popup & said "A build command is still running, but nothing ....... in 60 sec, Do you want to kill the process ?". then the build process will halt until i press Y/N.  #-o

Pelle, would u change that setting for longer wait time ? or the wait time can be customize ?

OK - I will make the wait time longer. I don't think I will make it customizable, since settings for everything makes the user-interface harder to understand.

The next linker version will be a bit faster at compacting, which should also help...
