French Translation

I have just finish to translate in French.
I must notice the good work that Kloster Yvan made.
I give him 16/20 !
Now I would like to test my work but I don't know how.
Generally I prefer to use softwares in english rather in French.
Has someone a good idea to give me?

Change version numbers to 9.
Copy it to Bin\Intl

Use command line option -l 12 or -l 0x0c if your language settings isn't for french.
