High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles

Pelles C is a lightweight freeware integrated development environment for Windows and Pocket PC
programming in the C language built and maintained by Pelle Orinius, featuring:

Publisher: Book on Demand
Shipping dimensions: 8" H x 6" W x 1" L
ISBN: 9785511586090

I smell a scam that reeks like the inside of a diaper pail.

Buyer beware!

Not valid ISBN and just copies of others works, like scanned from old books.
Bookvika Publishing are well known scammers

So the ISBN numbers are 'true' numbers

The 'Print On Demand' book service also clearly states the contents are:
"High Quality Content by Wikipedia articles!  Pelles C is a lightweight freeware
integrated development environment for Windows and Pocket PC Programming
in the C language built and maintained by Pelle Orinius ..."

So if you buy it ( $19.95 on Indigo) you know what you are getting, reprints of Wikipedia
articles comprising 134 pages, probably with scattered comment from the two dubious 'authors'.

I would not call it a scam per-say , but easily question the content validity and the methodology
used  i.e. creating a book from Wikipedia contributions...

I would not recommend it to anyone.

Don't beat yourself up over it Timo.

The so-called 'editors' Jesse Russell and Ronald Cohn have hundreds of unrelated 'books' that are nothing
more than wikipedia scrapings and most are labeled "High Quality Content by Wikipedia articles!"
which, if you think about it, is an obvious oxymoron.

Even if the 'authors' were to attach a label to each book stating, "You're gonna regret buying this book",
it would not make the experience any better.
