Playing with yhe Mouse and the Math

A simple program to draxw a decagon.
Just define an area with the mouse.
To modify the decagon, select the 'Parameters' menu.

For the beginners:
You will see how to create and use an owner-draw combobox.
You will see how to draw an area for defining a rectangle
You will see how to capture the mouse without SetCapture
