Hello, I found your software and would like to know if it can produce programs for HandHeld PCs running CE v3. Espically on the MIPS processor , considering that LCC can make mips code, can pelles c ?

Hello,

No, sorry, Pelles C can only produce code for X86 and ARM processors.

Look at gcc.  If I recall correctly it supports MIPS code for winCE.
