Replacing Tabs with spaces and indentation problem

IDE sometimes doesn't replace Tab with spaces. For example:
• Configure "Tools/Options/Tabs" as on screenshot.
• "File/New/Source Code".
• Type something followed with opening curly bracket and one-line comment. Press Enter.
• Press Tab.
• Press Shift-Home.
• Press Tab. It will not be replaced with spaces.
• Press Tab once more to get incorrect indentation.
