Compiling TinyCC with PellesC

1: Run build-tcc.bat in win32 folder for config.h
2: Copy tcc.ppj and tiny_libmaker.ppj to win32 folder
3: Compile tcc.ppj project
4: Compile tiny_libmaker.ppj project
5: Run build-tcc.bat again for libtcc1.a library

From commandline tcc.exe only:
