How does one get Hello World "trusted" by Windows Mobile 6?

Hey!

Could someone please point me at a resource explaining how I can get Hello World "trusted" so that it will run on my Verizon XV6800 under Windows Mobile 6 Professional? I googled around a bit without locating a resource which was simple, clear, and cheap enough. Thanks!

Not for Windows Mobile 6, but I doubt that much has changed so maybe this works, or maybe there is a link to something that works...
