Need help with SQLITE3 for my RDS TMC Test Prog

Hello,
i am coverting my RDS TMP Prog from Visualstudio2005 VB to Pelles C witch has run on an PocketPC 2003.
Now the Test-Prog should be running on a Medion PNA 470 with WinCE.

Question:
Can anyone compile a sqlite3.dll that worked on WinCE?

I want to used it to read the POINTS and LOCATIONS from the database "eventloc.db3" and then to display it like:

07.05.2006 19:40:48 A2 Brönninghausen->Bad Eilsen Baustelle, (L) Stau, E=710, L=10492 X=6, DU=5, DI=1, DV=3,

Hallo pooh1,

please tell us more about your progress on RDS and TMC with Pelles C.
Does it function on Pocket PC?  It would be great, because some new HTC do not support RDS and TMC.
Maybe we can help to generate a workaround.
