V6.00.2 Dialog ressource editor issues

new project
win32 app wizzard
- dialog based program
edit DLG_MAIN
-insert status bar
- test the dialog: resize!. statusbar stays on bottom - fine.
compile and run the program: resize! statusbar is static. bad!

(same problems with toolbar)

No bug. You have to write some code - not everything happens automagically!
