How Can I Install GTK on Pelles C?

Hi every body.I am still learning C.I am learned so pointer.I wanna improve me at the C. I am writing C program for console.But console  doesnt  satisfy me.Firstly I want to learn GTK.I know a little.I was using dev-cpp because it have package manegar.But it doesnt work well.Pelles C is good ide for C.I want to use it.

How can I install GTK on Pelles C? Can anyone explain to me? If possible with pictures.
