Hi folks,

here is a PellesC sample project, which shows, how to create a
user .dll which can be used with the mathematical workhorse
MathCad (from MathSoft).

I have tested with MathCad Version 8 and Version 11

a mathcad-file for test of the functions is also included

[edit] there is a newer version available

it looks, that there is not much interest in this forum
in extending MathCad with your own written user functions.

though i post an updated version of the userdll sample project,
which also shows how to deal with strings, which eventually
can be interesting if one wants to write some more sophisticated
file I/O functions, than that already MathCad implemented PRN-stuff.

thx for your contribution man !

I guess tis the principle of contribution, one share the work so others dont have to loose their time coding things that already exists.

But you often code things specifically to your need, and many people dont have the same needs, so dont feel forgotten or unseen, your work is appreciated !

I agree with drakoh, The contribution is much appreciated.

I dont have MathCad on my machine right now, but it pops up in different contexts now and then - it's on my long list of things to look at, when I get some more free time. This might be the case for other people too...
