AddIn icons

Add-in icons on the toolbar should be grouped or arranged when functions are related - it occurred to me, after some time, that one can put all of ones used add-ins into one dll. This way the icons are arranged in the order they are added as commands with the API AddIn_AddCommand().

Perhaps you all had realised that but I'm a little slow these days.
