it seems POIDE doesnt clear the * in the file when a build is performed and the save files when build option is "on".

Some UI elements, like buttons and "dirty" file indicators (*), are updated during idle time - are you sure it isn't just delayed...?

No it is not delayd, it happens i think when you have several files in the project, i mean i usually divide the code in .c and h. files so each one its an interface. The file is really saved, but the * doesnt clear, when you select the tab of the file its cleared.
