Pelles C for Commercial Software

I wanted to ask what is the licence for programs created with Pelles C. Can somebody use it to create commercial software?

By the way, PellesC is one of the best full featured C compilers I 've tried.

Pelles C is free for any use - even commercial software - but a donation is always welcome... (to convince me it's a good idea to continue this project...)
