The 32-Bit V8RC5 setup.exe at Christians download page is only about 2,5KB while former files had about 10KB. Pelles site is under construction. I can not find an other download link.

I am the only one?

I get '404: Page not found'!
Is there a direct link to the download page?

The link is always the same: http://www.smorgasbordet.com/pellesc/download.htm
Maybe there is a problem with IP filtering of your provider/country.
I had this kind of problems in a couple of countries...

But you haven't told us if you can link the DLL now!
