Where is Pelles C, folks?

Just reflected whether to post a link to Pelles C in some stupid discussion on the best IDE ever in another forum, but even after intensive search here, I can't find a link that says "install Pelles C"

"News Version 8.00 is released" in the upper right corner doesn't have a link. If a newbie with excess energy and a great will to download Pellles C manages to find the Wiki, there is, WOW!, an installation page - but it is not exactly up-to-date...

IMHO there should be link in the upper right corner: Download and install Pelles C
